These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of any product sold at Elite AI Empire/onboard, operated as part of Elite AI Empire by Empire AI Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account, completing a checkout, or using any product purchased here, you agree to these Terms.
This checkout sells access to several independent software products and digital deliverables across the Elite AI Empire family (including TradeHouse, BrandRank, OurTools, EAS Research Reader, and CohostBnB). Each product's own in-app documentation describes what it does; these Terms cover the purchase, billing, and account relationship common to all of them.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide a working email address for checkout confirmations and account notices.
Payments are processed by Stripe. One-time purchases are billed once at checkout. Subscriptions bill automatically on the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how billing stops and what is refundable.
Products are provided "as is" and, where they involve financial market data or analysis (for example TradeHouse), are informational only and not investment advice. We may modify or discontinue a feature; material changes to a paid product are announced in-app.
