Assisted — we draft, you send

Email-forward your guest messages to your own inbound address; we draft every reply as a Chatwoot private note. Nothing is ever auto-sent. Includes 3 properties and 500 drafts/mo; $5 per extra property, $0.02 per extra draft. No revenue share.
How you are billed: Flat $19/mo billed by Stripe. Extra properties and draft overage are metered by the app and billed separately — they are not part of this price.
Autonomous — your own Hospitable account
$39/mo
Two-way auto-send through the Hospitable account you already pay for (connected by OAuth). You keep the Hospitable relationship and its bill.
How you are billed: Billed as max($39/mo, $12 per property, 14% of booking revenue). Stripe charges the $39 floor; anything above it is invoiced by the app from your actual property count and booking revenue.
Autonomous — managed
$79/mo
We hold the Hospitable account and run true two-way auto-send. You do not pay Hospitable separately — it is inside the per-property floor.
How you are billed: Billed as max($79/mo, $29 per property, 14% of booking revenue). Stripe charges the $79 floor; the per-property floor is re-derived from the real Hospitable invoice each month. Anything above the floor is invoiced by the app.
